We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-minded Crane Operator to join our team at our precast concrete facility.</p><h2 style="margin: 10pt 0in 5pt; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(46, 92, 138);">POSITION SUMMARY</h2><p style="margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt;">The Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating rough terrain cranes and forklifts to move, lift, and position precast concrete products throughout the plant yard and production areas. font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(46, 92, 138);">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operate rough terrain cranes to lift, move, and set precast concrete elements including panels, beams, columns, and other products.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operate forklifts to transport materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform daily pre-operation inspections on all equipment; document and report any defects or maintenance needs.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and ground crew using hand signals and radio.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in rigging and de-rigging of loads as needed.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all company safety policies, plant rules, and regulatory requirements.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in safety meetings, training, and toolbox talks.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Complete daily logs and equipment inspection records accurately.</p><h2 style="margin: 10pt 0in 5pt; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(46, 92, 138);">QUALIFICATIONS</h2><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3 years of experience operating rough terrain cranes; precast concrete or heavy construction experience strongly preferred.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Forklift certification and demonstrated operating experience required.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;NCCCO certification (or equivalent) for crane operation preferred; willing to train the right candidate.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to read and interpret lift plans, load charts, and rigging specifications.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong understanding of OSHA crane and rigging regulations.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 4pt 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.</p><h2 style="margin: 10pt 0in 5pt;
